Sign up
Create your free Renu account at renu.one/signup. 14-day free trial, no card needed to start.

Create your first plan
Dashboard → “+ Create plan.” Name it (e.g. “Monthly Car Wash”), set the price, save. You can have as many plans as you want.

Share the signup link
Open your plan, hit the WhatsApp button to send the link, or print the QR code for your counter. Customers tap, fill in their info, done.

Mark customers as paid each month
When a customer pays you (WhatsApp transfer, bank, cash, your own payment link), open Dashboard → Subscribers and click “Mark paid” next to their name. That’s it.

WhatsApp share button
One tap opens WhatsApp with the signup message pre-filled. Send to one customer or broadcast to a group.
Printable QR code
Each plan has a QR code you can print and display at your counter. Customers scan with their phone camera and land on the signup page.
Copy the link
Paste it in your Instagram bio, your email signature, or anywhere else customers see your business online.

See every subscriber
Dashboard → Subscribers. Filter by status (Active, Past Due, Paused, Canceled, or All). Search by name, phone, email, or plan.
Mark someone paid
Click “Mark paid” on their row. Updates their last-payment date and bumps the next charge by 30 days. The button greys out for the rest of the month so you can’t double-pay them by accident.
Cancel a subscriber
Click “Cancel” on their row. Confirms first. You can re-add them later if they come back.
Pause your account
Going on holiday or stopping for a season? Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They get a link, fill in their info on a regular web page, and they’re subscribed. Works on any phone.
How do my customers actually pay me?
However you already collect payment — WhatsApp transfer, bank, cash, or your own payment link. Renu doesn’t touch the money. You confirm receipt by marking them paid in the dashboard.
Can I cancel my Renu subscription anytime?
Yes — one click from your dashboard. No contracts, no calls.
Will my customers get reminders?
Renu sends them a signup confirmation. Monthly payment reminders are on the roadmap. For now, the dashboard tells you who hasn’t paid this month so you can WhatsApp them directly.
